Lori-Loom Weave
A Lori-Loom weave is a carpet weaving technique that uses rods to create loops that form a carpet pile. The result is a carpet that looks similar to a hand-knotted carpet, but is more affordable and can be made more efficiently. Lori-Loom carpets are durable, soft, and suitable for high-traffic areas. The Lori-Loom weaving technique is named after its inventor, a woman named Lori. The technique was developed in the 1990s, and since then Lori-Loom carpets have become a popular choice for both residential and commercial applications.
